I would really love to

I would really love to give a much better review as the product in itself is very pretty and a great concept. HOWEVER - the photo pendant is disappointing as the photo is completely washed out.
What is more disappointing is that I have tried a number of times to email to ask for a better quality (this is for my daughter's wedding and a photo of her late grandmother) and am being ignored. Very disappointing because this would mean so very much to my daughter - but I cannot present it to her with such a poor quality photo.
