Worst customer service I’ve ever had

f I could give zero stars I would. I ordered nearly $700 worth of gifts for my bridal party. They were extra special to me as they had the faces of my now husband’s 2 brothers who have passed away. It should have been a special token he and his brothers, son and nephews could have worn on our wedding day. Before I proceeded with the purchase I confirmed the delivery date of between 5 and 10 March which was displayed online and in time for my wedding. The product was only delivered on 25 March, way past my wedding date and significantly later than advertised. Not only were they incredibly late getting my order to me but their communication throughout the process was appalling. They were delayed in responding at times and other times they just didn’t bother replying at all. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this store.
