Horrible experience

I ordered a projection bracelet at the end of June, it’s now August and I still haven’t received it. The first emails were in July telling me it had gone to the wrong address. The new bracelet was suppose to come between the 1st and 3rd but has now been pushed to the 9th. At this point I want a refund and to forget I even ordered from here.
