Never buying from here again

Unfortunately I am appalled with this business. I ordered a multiple name bracelet on the 22nd of January for my mum’s birthday on the 10th of Feb. Estimated delivery dates were between the 3rd and 11th Feb and yet the product has only been sent out today. I asked for a production update on the 11th Feb and a staff member Molly had said that it was still in production. Not sure why it took so long or why the dates were so unrealistic. My mum is now getting her birthday present 2-3 weeks late. The 15% off for writing this review should have come as a courtesy for the overdue delivery.
