The only saving grace to this whole experience was the necklace turned out how I wanted it. Took 6 weeks to arrive.

The progress section on the website is a flat out lie. Doesn’t mirror what’s actually happening. I emailed them after a month and asked where it was, had no reply. Then my order magically said it was on its way. No tracking information. Emailed them again and advised that if it wasn’t sent in four days I’ll be refunding it. Magically got sent that afternoon.

Purchased on the 26th Jan. Recieved on the 26th Feb.
Sent in a follow up request after order status seemed to be stagnant until after the latest original estimated delivery date of the 16th Feb. Order production seemed to be on schedule but stalled at "finalisation/ delivery". No response was given to me, order seemed to just kick back in.
I was worried about the quality of the image i sent in to be transferred, but very happy with the product i received.
Honestly feel like the communication side of things needs to be addressed cause i was very close to demanding a refund.
Product 5/5 stars. Communication/ Punctuality 2/5 stars.

Bought a ring holder necklace because my work doesn’t allow me to wear ring during clinical work. It took a while to come but it’s because I have it customized with my name in it. But I really really love it! Got few compliments too! Would recommend!

I bought 4 key rings for my mum and my boyfriend, of their pets that have passed.
I did unfortunately have to do 2 orders as the first ended up being wrong. It was unfortunately user error but this company was amazing. When I contacted them about it, I honestly wasn’t expecting anything besides a “you made the mistake not our fault” but they couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding, they offered me a full refund and let me know how the progress of my second order was going.

They also mentioned that they realised what I did was a little confusing on their website and that they would update their website to fix this, so no one else made this mistake.

My second order came perfectly and with just enough time for Christmas. My mum received 1 cat key ring and 2 dog key rings which she absolutely loved and it almost made her cry and my boyfriend received a cat key ring which again he loved.

I didn’t take any photos unfortunately but I am so impressed with this company and their commitment to their customers that I will 100% come back if I need anything further.

Very hard to see the lines unless on certain angles, however this may be as a result of poor image quality sent through. They were very quick to action and my partner was very happy.
